Return & Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy applies to all direct bookings made through our website, unless otherwise stated in the respective package/offer. Free cancellation is available up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, with no charge and a full refund of any prepayments.

For cancellations made within seven (7) days prior to arrival, a charge equal to 100% of the first night's stay will be applied. In case of no-show on the day of arrival, 100% of the first night will also be charged and the reservation may be canceled for the following nights.

In case of early departure or reduction of nights within the above period or after check-in, an early departure fee equal to one night's stay will be charged. Any additional prepayments will be refunded in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Cancellations can be made via the confirmation email or by sending a written request to the hotel's official email address, stating your full name, dates, and booking code. The reference time is considered to be the local time at the hotel. Refunds are made using the same payment method; the time it takes for the credit to appear depends on the respective bank/payment provider.

Prices marked "Non-Refundable" or special offers may have stricter terms and conditions and may not be refundable; in such cases, the terms and conditions of the offer shall prevail. For group bookings (≥3 rooms or ≥7 nights), different deadlines and conditions may apply, which will be communicated in writing upon confirmation.

The hotel may pre-authorize a credit card for the amount of the first night's stay within seven (7) days prior to arrival to confirm the reservation. In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, official travel bans), alternative options for changing dates or a credit voucher may be offered, depending on availability and at the hotel's discretion.

Prices include VAT. Any applicable city tax or other legal taxes are payable at the property upon check-in, in accordance with local legislation.
